With regard to all kinds of software, we aim at providing such contents as source codes, execution scripts, sample input data, execution result files, manuals and tutorials as much as possible. Target of execution environment are K computer and SCLS supercomputer system (K computer –compatible supercomputer). Please note that the software is designed to gain superior performance with K computer. In addition, some contents are not available in certain software due to the computer environment and/or copyright restrictions, and so on.

Life science researchers in private companies and research institutions, such as universities, can use the SCLS supercomputer system free of charge. If you would like to use the SCLS supercomputer system, we will entertain research theme proposals. For more details, please see here.
